Werdinsel is a small island on the Limmat river in the Zürich-Höngg district, offering a pleasant spot for those who enjoy sunbathing in the nude. Beyond the guarded beach section lies a naturist area that is popular with gay visitors. Bear in mind that cruising is not tolerated here, as the surrounding bushes are regularly patrolled by police.
